Our Cake Menu…
All of our scratch-made cakes have 2 large 10-inch layers and weigh in at 800 grams more than our previous 3-layer cakes.
We use high-quality ingredients, including our free-range eggs and homemade vanilla. Each cake feeds approximately 25-30 people. Birthday toppers and a candle are included with each cake, and they are delivered in a sturdy box with a window.
Birthday Cake
Our scratch made vanilla cake topped with American buttercream. Sprinkles are added for a celebratory touch. This is a top seller among cakes and cupcakes.

Oreo Cookie Cake
With its Black Pearl center and white vanilla scratch-made icing, this cake represents the Oreo well, with each dollop of icing on top hosting its own Oreo cookie. The Oreo cake and cupcakes are a favorite among our university crowd.

Strawberry Cake with Fresh Berries
Our Strawberry Cake is a perfect spring and summertime cake. A layer of fresh-cut strawberries sits on top of each vanilla layer. Our vanilla buttercream covers the outside with proud strawberries on top.

If you love Key-Lime Pie, you will love our Key Lime Cake. Between each vanilla layer you will find a sampling of Bondi’s delicious special-recipe Key-Lime Pie, topped with our delicious vanilla icing.

“Old Fashioned”
This cake hosts a “yellow cake” middle, topped with classic chocolate icing, known by many as a chocolate cake, despite the vanilla middle. Nostalgic for some, delicious to most.
